Will SOLERS fit my shoes?
Yes. Order your normal shoe size — they fit trainers, work boots and most everyday shoes. If you're between sizes, size up and trim along the guide lines on the back. See the size & fit guide on the product page.
How are they different from regular insoles?
Most insoles only add cushioning, which flattens within hours. SOLERS combine a firm arch cradle that keeps its shape with massage nodes that spread pressure away from the heel and forefoot.

30-day returns. Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, untrimmed and in their original, unopened packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
